Daily Schedule
We have three kids so some subjects are combined and some are one on one. Our youngest, "Bud Bud" is three so he is welcome but not forced to join us for our daily activities. He usually comes in and out during our lessons.
We can generally get this all done in about 3 hrs but sometimes we have to split those three hours across the day while I'm working.
Our kids have a daily checklist they must complete on their own either before or after school. We found this template for free on Template Lab. This is what "Bud Bud"s chart looks like.
Our older two, "Captain" and "Princess", use the following in their checklist:
Pledge of Allegiance
Handwriting Practice
Spanish or Typing (they must complete two lessons of each subject every week. I don't care when or in what order as long as they've done at least two.)
Spelling Words (they use flashcards and quiz each other in their age appropriate words.
20 minutes of reading
At the beginning of each work they get to pick a reward If they complete all of their checklist every Monday-Thursday. Some rewards we have used is: an extra 15 minutes of reading time with mom, an extra 15 minutes of video games on Friday, picking dinner for Saturday, etc. We tend to focus on non-material rewards if possible.
On to the weekly breakdown:

Andrew teaches the kids Piano one on one using Hoffman Academy (more on the curriculums later). As soon as one is done, he calls over the next one for their turn. All three are learning the piano. Any kids not in piano practice can do an art project or just listen in on the other's practice.
Fridays are generally for catching up on missed lessons or going on "field trips".
