2-3 Year Old Thanksgiving Crafts

For Thanksgiving we did two Thanksgiving based crafts.

The first craft we did was to make a hand print and then glue feathers on the kid's handprint fingers. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the finished project before all the feathers fell off and eventually ended up in Turkey heaven (the trash).

But this is what it looked like. You can also find how to make your own in the link.

The second craft we made for Thanksgiving was Turkey Bowling. For this one we got some kid friendly bowling pins and ball, eye stickers, feathers, tape, and red and orange felt pads.

We cut out a beak and gobble (whatever the red thing is called) and taped it on the front of the pin. Then we put some fun eyes on it and tape feathers on the back. Then the kids got to have a Turkey Bowl! If you do this craft I suggest using plastic bowling pins. Ours were covered in some padding and everything peeled off pretty quickly. It was still fun to see the kids play with it!
