Our site has been under construction the last few days but I'm happy to announce we have rolled out the P.E. section of our homeschool with 69 activities.

Here is our introduction and helpful hints as always:

"Welcome to our physical education section!

Children, and adults, need to exercise to help keep their bodies healthy and fit. The point of this section is to have fun with games and activities that also teach motor skills, sportsmanship, and social skills.

We suggest choosing one to three activities each day to do with the children in your group. Be willing to change your schedule according to the weather. We highly suggest that if it is not raining and the kids’ don’t need winter coats or SPF 700 then everyone should be outside. Outside days are far and few between so take full advantage when you can!

Note that these activities are not in any particular order but are grouped into similar skill sets. I would suggest doing “The Name Game” activity closer to the beginning of the year so children can practice learning each other’s names. Aside from that, all other activities and scheduling is left up to you!

Best of luck, Serena"
